Items

• What are Power-ups and how do they work?
• You can manage and view your Power-ups by tapping the blue lightning icon at the top of the main screen.
  On the Power-up page, you can:
  - Check your Power-up inventory on the left to see how many of each you own
  - Purchase Power-ups with Gems or through special bundles
  - Claim free Power-ups that are given periodically, so make sure to visit regularly
  
  For detailed information, simply tap on each Power-up to see its full description and effect.

• How can I get Gems and where do I use them?
• Gems are the pink jewel-shaped currency in the game.
  You can use Gems after a Bingo round to purchase missed daubs or extra daubs, giving you more chances to complete additional Bingos.
  Gems can also be used to purchase Power-ups and items in the shop.
  Your current Gem balance is displayed at the top right of the main screen.
  
  If you need more, you can obtain Gems in several ways:
  1. By purchasing them through the shop (tap the Gem icon)
  2. As level-up rewards
  3. Through features such as the Spin Bonus

• What are Boosters and how do I use them?
• Boosters are special effects that support you during Bingo gameplay, making it easier to progress and earn more rewards.
  Each Booster has a unique effect, and you can check the details by going to Shop → Boosters and reading the description under each one.
  
  Boosters can be obtained in two ways:
  1. As rewards from Treasure Chests while playing
  2. Through purchases in the Shop
  
  Once activated, the Booster's effect will automatically apply during your Bingo rounds.

• What are Treasure Boxes and how do I get them?
• During Bingo rounds, Treasure Boxes appear randomly on your cards.
  Simply daub the marked chest spot to claim it.
  At the end of the round, each Treasure Box you collected will open to reveal a random reward.
  Possible rewards include XP, Coins, Power-up items, and Boosters.

• What are Pink Mystery boxes?
• Pink Mystery Boxes are special boxes that appear on certain Bingo boards.
  When you complete a Bingo that includes a Pink Box icon,
  you will receive rewards such as Collection Bonuses (for story progression) and Golden Bells for the Spin Bonus.
  As you unlock higher bet options, you will also be able to collect more Pink Mystery Boxes per card, giving you additional chances for rewards.

• Where do I use my coins and how do I get more?
• Coins are mainly used to purchase Bingo cards before each round.
  
  Ways to get more Coins:
  
  - Buy them in the Shop
  - Win them as Bingo board rewards
  - Collect them from level-ups
  - Find them in Treasure Chests

Game Play

• What is the BPM (Bingo Passion Meter)?
• BPM (Bingo Passion Meter) is a monthly bonus system based on your purchases.
  Here's how it works:
  
  - Earn Flames from shop purchases to increase your BPM level.
  - The level you reach this month stays active until the end of next month.
  - If you go higher during the same month, your new level applies right away and lasts through the next month too.
  - Enjoy daily, hourly, and weekend rewards with a minimum spend of just $10.
  
  Want to see full level details? Tap the 'i' button on the BPM screen in-game.

• What is Spin Bonus?
• The Spin Bonus is a feature that rewards you with extra prizes through a slot machine mini-game.
  
  Get Bingo wins to unlock Mystery Boxes, containing Golden Bells, which fill your Bonus Gauge.
  When the gauge is full, you’ll earn 3 Bonus Spins.
  Collect more Bells to keep spinning the bonus.
  
  The rewards you can get from the Spin Bonus depend on the symbols you match when you spin.
  
  For detailed information about rewards and rules, please tap the 'i' button on the Spin Bonus screen in the game.

• What are Badges and how do I equip them?
• Badges are special collectibles that celebrate your achievements and milestones in the game.
  You'll unlock them naturally as you keep playing.
  
  Where to find them:
  Go to Profile → Badges to see all the Badges you've earned.
  
  To equip a Badge:
  In the Equipped Badges section at the bottom of the screen, press the green + icon to add it.
  * If all 3 slots are already filled, tap the – (minus) icon on one of your equipped Badges first, then add the new one.

• What's a Tier and how do I rank it up?
• Your Tier is determined by the total number of Badges you own.
  As you collect more Badges, your Tier will increase automatically.
  
  To check your current Tier and see the Tier Roadmap, go to Profile → Tier.
  This page will show your progress toward the next Tier and the rewards that come with it.

Payment

• [ios Players] I was double-charged / overcharged
  
  
• On iOS devices, what may look like a double charge is often related to Apple's billing practices.
  Apple may delay charging your card until several days after the purchase, and they sometimes group multiple purchases made on different dates into a single charge. Because of this, it is highly possible that the charge you see includes purchases from different dates.
  
  To review your purchase history:
  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
  2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID (you may need to authenticate)
  3. Scroll to Purchase History and tap it

  If you still believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact Apple Support directly, as Apple manages all billing processes on iOS.

• I made a purchase but did not receive my order
• If you made a purchase but did not receive the items, please try restarting the game first.
  If the items are still missing after restarting, contact us through the Help Center and include your user ID along with a copy of your purchase receipt.
  We will investigate the issue as quickly as possible.
  Purchase receipts are usually sent to your registered email address after completing a transaction.

• Unable to complete my purchase
• You may see purchase errors for a few common reasons:
  - Incorrect payment details: Double-check that your card or payment info is correctly registered.
  - Temporary system error: Try restarting the app after a short while, then attempt the purchase again.
  - Outdated app version: Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.

Setting

• How do I change my name or profile picture?
• To update your profile, follow these steps:
  
  1. Tap your profile picture in the upper left corner of the main screen to go to your profile.
  2. Tap the pencil icon next to your name.
  3. Input any name longer than 2 characters.
  4. You can also change your profile picture, and select a photo frame in your profile.
  
  Once saved, your new profile settings will be updated.

• How can I check my user ID?
• Your User ID is displayed under Settings, next to Privacy Policy.
  If you tap the Copy button, your User ID will be copied to your clipboard so you can paste it when needed.

• What's an album and where do I find it?
• The Album is where you can browse the collection of images you've unlocked while playing.
  
  Here's how to access your album:
  1. Tap the photo icon next to the Home button in the lower left corner of the screen.
  2. Here, you can revisit the collection images you've earned through gameplay.
  3. If you'd like to save them, simply tap the download button to store the images on your device.
  
  When you unlock a new image, it will display a gift box icon. Opening it for the first time will grant you a random reward, so be sure to check each newly unlocked image.

  What is the VIP Lifetime Membership and how can I reach a higher VIP level?
• All players start at the same level, VIP Iron.
  To raise your VIP Level, you need to accumulate VIP Points by purchasing items in the shop.
  Each purchase will automatically add VIP Points to your account, moving you closer to the next VIP tier.
  
  Each VIP Level comes with unique benefits, such as increased rewards from Daily Check-in, Daily Wheel, Store Free Coins, and more.
  For a detailed overview of the rewards at each VIP Level, go to Profile → tap the VIP badge next to your name.

• My game keeps freezing or shutting down. How can I fix this?
• If your game is freezing or closing unexpectedly, please try the steps below:
  
  1. Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
  2. Restart your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it for about 30 seconds, then plugging it back in.
  3. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue improves.
  4. Confirm that you're using the latest version of the app.
  5. Check if a software update is available for your device.
  6. Restart your device.
  
  For Android users, deleting the app cache might also help.
  Check below for more details :
  1. Open device Settings, and select Apps.
  2. Find Vegas Live Slots app, tap it, and select Storage.
  3. Tap Clear cache to delete all cached data.
  
  If the issue continues, please delete the app from your device and reinstall it from the store.

• I lost my progress. How do I get back to my original account?
• If you've lost access to your account, please contact us through the Help Center with the following information about your original account:
  
  - The name you used in the game
  - Your User ID and VIP level (if you remember them)
  - A purchase receipt (if you’ve made purchases, usually found in your email inbox)
  - The date you first joined and the date you last played
  
  We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible and help recover your account.

• No sound or music in the game
• If you're not hearing any music or sound effects while playing, here are a few things to check:
  
  1. In the game:
  Open the Bingo Diary app → go to Settings (the rightmost button at the top),
  and make sure both BGM and Sound options are turned on.
  
  2. On iOS devices:
